• Reporting Solutions: Designed, developed, and maintains Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Solutions for two software systems involving over 75 reports. Tasks included:

• Nightly Data-Exchange Interface: Designed and developed nightly data interface application exchanging data with the agency’s program and scheduling system. Tasks included:

• Redesign and Support of Business Process Management System: Peformed project management tasks overseeing two technology refresh projects, taking solution from a client-server environment to a service-oriented architecture. Tasks included:
